Pyrolyze research

Early 2021 a study has been carried out by students from The Institute of Life Sciences & Chemistry in Utrecht.

In this study the specifications of Pyrolyze diesels from mixed waste plastics and waste engine oils are compared to regular diesels.

Pyrolyze Diesels:

• Filtered diesel from mixed waste plastics

• Unfiltered diesel from mixed waste plastics

• Unfiltered diesel from mixed waste engine oils.

The following fuels have been compared:

• Standard Shell diesel
• Standard Tinq diesel
• Shell V-power diesel
• Filtered Pyrolyze diesel from plastics (PS/PP/PE 1:1:1)
• Unfiltered Pyrolyze diesel from plastics (PS/PP/PE 1:1:1)
• Unfiltered Pyrolyze diesel from waste motor oil
